Terms and Conditions
Confidentiality
During the time of inspection, Portico Property Concierge may be exposed to information relating to the private or business affairs of the owner including financial details or information that is confidential in nature to the owner. All such information will be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be used or communicated to any person at any time, either during or after the term of contract.
Remuneration and Expenses
There shall be no remuneration/compensation for services performed unless this is otherwise agreed to in writing with the owner prior to the commencement of the contract. The owner will be required to reimburse Portico for all maintenance and other associated expenses reasonable incurred in the course of the term of contract, providing that receipts be produced and provided to the owner. The owner will make such reimbursement within 7 days of the production of such receipt, or on an agreed to time of reimbursement between Portico and homeowner.
Right of Entry
Portico Property Concierge or the agent of PPC is entitled to enter the premises;
- With the owner’s consent upon signing of agreement
- In an emergency
- After giving the owner 24 hours notice that necessary repairs or maintenance are required to be done.
General Policies
- PPC will not be held responsible for client dissatisfaction with merchandise approved and purchased.
- PPC has the right to refuse any service which is unethical, illegal, questionable, strictly prohibited by our insurance policy or would put our employees in compromised circumstances.
Termination and Notice
Portico will cease care of property upon receiving written instructions no less than 7 days prior to notice being given. Should a monthly service agreement be in place, the homeowner shall give 1 month’s notice prior to termination of service.
