Heather Reimer, leader of the Portico Property Concierge team, has lived in Vernon, BC for the past nine years.  Having previously resided in both Rossland and the Banff/Lake Louise area, Heather is well acquainted with the joys of second home ownership in many of the locations that Portico has an office.

Heather has a diverse background in the travel and ski resort industry, having represented resorts from around the world for the past 25 years, most recently as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Red Mountain Resort in Rossland, BC.   Property Management experience has led Heather to realize that there are unique challenges to homeownership in resort locales, and she feels that Portico can be a valuable resource for anyone needing a bit of help with their real estate investment.

Vancouver Office

Gayle Morris is a locally-grown, 2nd generation Vancouver-ite. She has more than twenty years of industry related sales and marketing experience. For eight years, in her role as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for ResortQuest, North America's leader in property vacation rentals, she lead all efforts in managing the sales and marketing  and operations for privately owned homes, condominiums and townhomes on behalf of the thousands of homeowners contracted. Most recently, as Director of Sales for the Vancouver Convention & Exhibition Centre, she managed efforts to generate business for the facility, recruited and managed a team of sales associates, generated strategic partnerships, and managed revenue systems.

Gayle is known for providing friendly, personalized service giving each of Portico property owners "peace of mind" that she is taking the best-possible care for their homes. From maintenance to bill payments to housekeeping, Gayle's true testament is based on her professional reputation, promise and delivery!

Banff/Canmore Office

Lisa Grey has lived in the majestic Bow Valley for the last 11 years and has enjoyed the beauty and challenges the mountains have to offer. She has climbed, skied, and hiked many of the classic big peaks in the Rockies and is always looking forward to the next adventure and the challenges that go along with them.

Since the mid eighties, her career interests have been in sales and marketing. Lisa owned and operated a very successful cycling, kayaking, and hiking shop on SaltSpring Island BC for 7 years. As a trip leader and host for multi day kayaking tours, the importance of choosing the best destinations the BC coastal region had to offer was the pinnacle to the client’s experience. After leaving Salt Spring, skiing called her name and she pursued a position in the industry at Sunshine Village as Manager of Group Sales. Bringing international travelers to the Bow Valley to experience some of the best skiing in the world, her attention to detail, and knowledge of the ski areas, ensured their experience was beyond their expectations.

For the last 5 years, she has been the Director of Sales for Sunset Alpine Promotional products located in Banff. She works in the company of General Managers and owners of numerous businesses and Corporations throughout the Valley. Each day she is challenged with their requests for top-notch effective products and services that will successfully support their marketing and promotional strategies. Lisa has come to know the Bow Valley and the people that live and work here through her careers and lifestyle.
