By securing a reliable and professional property minding service, you satisfy the majority of insurance policy requirements by guaranteeing a property inspection every couple of days, depending on your policy.  As an added service, we can email you each inspection report with photos, you can log into your secure file online, or we can simply keep a copy in our office, attached to your file.  Because we have offices in your neighborhoods, we have compiled an in-depth network of local contact and service providers, ensuring top quality workmanship and reliability.

We have four offices for your convenience – one in the Okanagan, servicing the communities of Armstrong/Enderby in the north to Osoyoos in the south, Vancouver, and our newest location in Sun Peaks, servicing the Thompson Okanagan region. We also have an office in the Bow Valley in Alberta, servicing the communities of Banff, Lake Louise and Canmore.
